How do I download the app?
You can download the app from App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android by searching for "Emotional Wellbeing Indicator".
What do I need to log into the app?
To login, you will need to know your email address and PIN. You can also reset your PIN via the app.
Select your home club and use your details to log in.
Do I need to allow location or notification permissions?
No, you are free to decline location, notification and other permissions.
Can I give feedback about the app?
Yes, to give feedback or post an idea, please email us at help@peartreeconnect.co.uk.
I am having some issues with the app, what should I do?
Start by logging out and uninstalling the app. Then reinstall the app and log in. If the issue persists, this may indicate a problem with the app functionality itself. You can email us to raise an issue. Please, share with us the error you receive, steps to recreate and the device you are using it on.
